Vista Montana Senior Living is pleased to announce that we are now accepting the Assisted Living Waiver Program (ALW).
The Assisted Living Waiver Program is designed to help eligible Medi-Cal members receive the care and support they need in an assisted living setting as an alternative to long-term care in a skilled nursing facility when appropriate.
For qualifying individuals, the program may help support a transition into assisted living while providing access to supportive care and services.
Our team is here to guide residents and families through the process, answer questions, and help determine appropriate next steps for eligibility.
