Vista Montana Senior Living is now accepting the Assisted Living Waiver Program (ALW). The program may help eligible Medi-Cal members receive supportive services in an assisted living setting when they meet applicable program requirements.

Is care staff available 24/7?
Yes. Care staff are available 24 hours a day.
Are additional care services charged separately?
Some personal care services have additional monthly charges based on individual care needs. The Pricing page lists current published charges.
Does Vista Montana participate in ALW?
Yes. Vista Montana participates in California’s Assisted Living Waiver Program. Eligibility is determined through the program, not by Vista Montana, and availability is limited.
Is respite care available?
Respite care is listed at $200 per day. Please call to confirm current availability and services.
